Northern Lights Photography operates an online shop specialising in digital photography guides and educational resources, including downloadable ebooks about northern lights photography.

All products sold through our online shop are digital products supplied electronically.

No physical products will be shipped to you.

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated in our online shop.

Your order will normally be processed once payment has been successfully completed.
We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted.

After successful payment, your purchased digital product will normally be made available through a download link or another electronic delivery method.
Delivery is generally automatic. In some circumstances, technical issues or payment verification may cause a delay.
You are responsible for:

- Having a compatible device and suitable software to open the purchased file.
- Keeping your downloaded files stored safely.

If the legal requirements for excluding the right of withdrawal have not been fulfilled, your statutory rights remain unaffected.

When purchasing a digital product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:
- Share, distribute, sell, rent or sublicense the purchased files.

- Claim the content or any part of it as your own.

Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of its intellectual property to you.

Photography conditions and results may vary depending on equipment, experience, location, weather, lighting and other circumstances.
In particular, information about northern lights photography does not guarantee that you will see or photograph the aurora.
